Virtual: Cardio Aerobics Fitness with Chuck Louden

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating until June 30, 2021

Come join instructor Chuck Louden at 10AM every Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays for a full body cardio workout with stretching and a 25 minute cardio section finishing off with resistive exercise (sit ups) stretching and cool down.
A very good way to start off your day!
